Se estrella un avin comercial el da de Navidad: hay al menos 42 fallecidos

Un avin comercial con 72 personas a bordo se estrell el da de Navidad en Kazajistn. El piloto intent hacer una maniobra de aterrizaje forzoso, pero no pudo hacer nada para estrellarse contra el suelo.

Segn los primeros informes, hay al menos 42 personas fallecidas y casi una treintena de supervivientes, muchos de ellos en estado crtico.

El avin comercial llevaba 67 pasajeros y cinco personas que formaban parte de la tripulacin de la aerolnea ‘Azerbaijan Airlines’. El accidente se produjo a pocos kilmetros de Aktau, al suroeste de Kazajistn y a orillas del mar Caspio. El avin cubra la ruta Bak-Grozni.

Seal de socorro

Fuentes oficiales de la investigacin han explicado que la tripulacin «envi una seal de socorro a las 08.35 hora local (03.35 GMT) y report un fallo en el sistema de control. Luego a las 08.49 solicitaron un aterrizaje de emergencia en Aktau e intentaron hacerlo en modo directo, sin embargo, a las 09.28 el avin se estrell contra el suelo».
